Vacuum filtration, multi effect evaporator, waste gas recovery, gas extraction, natural gas pressurization in coal mine, and coal bed gas recovery.

No matter whether alumina, iron ore, phosphate, copper, titanium dioxide, or coal are extracted from bauxite, the general application of water ring vacuum pump can be used as follows:

1. Vacuum filtration

Liquid ring pumps are widely known in the application of cake dewatering on flat, drum, belt and precoated filters. The correct calculation and selection of liquid ring pumps are based on the type of filtrate and filter.

 Two, multi effect evaporator

The final evaporator is a typical vacuum. The liquid ring pump is used to remove the non condensable gas to maintain the proper vacuum in the evaporator.

Three. Waste gas recovery

The liquid ring compressor is used to recover carbon monoxide and other exhaust gases produced in smelting and other similar production.

Four. Gas extraction

The accumulation of gas in underground coal mines is very dangerous. Explosion and related casualty losses may have occurred. The dual loop vacuum system designed specifically for this application can help to avoid this situation.

Five. Pressurization of natural gas in ore field

The upgrading of the natural gas in the field is the process of boosting the low pressure gas at the wellhead to the high-pressure gas in the high-pressure pipeline. The gas pressure of the wellhead is lower than the atmospheric pressure, or a relatively low positive pressure. It is necessary to use a vacuum pump or a low pressure compressor to pump gas and increase its pressure to 15-30psi higher than the atmospheric pressure. The first step is to transfer the gas to the second step high pressure compressor by rotating blades, liquid ring pumps or compressors. High pressure compressors usually use rotary screw or reciprocating compressors to transport gas to processing equipment through pipelines.

Six, coal bed gas recovery

This application is common in coal mines, where there are two gases. One comes from microbes and the other is the deposition of gases in coal mines. By drilling the coal mine and finding the location of the precipitating gas, the vacuum pump can be used to recover the gas, which depends on the wellhead suction and exhaust pressure. After the gas is collected by the low pressure vacuum pump, the high-pressure compressor is pressed into the pipeline for processing, or is used for combined power generation. Normally, the recovered gas is clean, but there may still be a large amount of liquid entering the gas. The recovered gas has many uses, including gas stations for combined power generation and processing and sales.

Methane recovery gas recovery can be described as refinery sewage system or gas recovery in production. Because of its composition, this gas is usually regarded as exhaust gas. Because of the large amount of HC gas, these gases are usually burned. Many times, there are some high quality gases that can be used to burn up. These gases have some residual BTU values. Once the gas is separated, it can be recovered and pressed from the low pressure compressor to the pipeline compressor.

The reciprocating compressors can compress and recover the gas to the maximum extent and compress them and send them to the gas stations. After processing, the reciprocating compressors can be used for combined power generation. The concept of "turning waste into treasure" is applied here, because the recovery of most of the gas to be burned is of great economic value and is used as a source of energy and income generation. To reduce the amount of gas that is meaningless to the least is not only conducive to environmental protection, but also to solve the problem of income and opportunity.
