First, product overview

The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for removing gas and steam, and the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When the vacuum pump is working for a long time when the suction pressure is less than 80mbar, the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. If equipped with an air ejector, the suction pressure can reach 10mbar, and the ejector can be directly installed on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, the maximum pressure is 0.26MPa (absolute pressure).

Two, structure and characteristics

The coaxial direct connection design of the machine pump saves space and is easy to install.

The mechanical seal is used as a standard configuration to eliminate leakage and maintain simplicity.

It runs smoothly, and the noise can be as low as 62 decibels.

Unified corrosion resistant design, bronze impeller improves the corrosion resistance of the pump, such as the use of stainless steel is more suitable for more demanding applications.

The unique design of flexible exhaust port does not produce over compression, which ensures the best efficiency of 2BV in its performance range.
