Screw vacuum pump 

As shown in the picture, the screw vacuum pump is equipped with a pair of parallel spiral rotors (1 and 2), of which one rotates in the right rotation and the other one is left. The two rotors maintain synchronous and reverse rotation through a pair of gears (3) in the pump body (9). There is no friction between the rotor and the rotor and the pump body. The two rotor and the pump body formed a sealing cavity (4), and the number of the sealing cavity is equal to the number of the spiral rings of the rotor. When the two rotors rotate in the direction of the drawing, the space of the sealing cavity connected with the suction port (5) is gradually enlarged, and the gas is inhaled and transferred to the exhaust side. The space of the seal chamber (6) of the exhaust side is gradually smaller during the rotation process, and the gas is compressed to the vent (7). When running for a long time, the proper amount of cooling water should be pumped into the jacket (8) of the pump body and the end cover to cool the pump. Because the compression heat is mainly produced in the exhaust side (6), in order to fully cool the rotor, a proper amount of air or other suitable gas can be introduced into the pump cavity through the air inlet (10) in most conditions.
